We are recruiting Class Two Night Drivers in Taunton, TA2 postcode, for a local company who are a meat wholesaler. Working as part of their transport team, you will be driving an 18-tonne refrigerated truck with a tail-lift, where you will be responsible for completing deliveries of meat products to RDCs, shops, supermarkets and restaurants on a set route. The meat is palletised in boxes, so you will be required to use a tail-lift and pump truck to offload at point of delivery. This is temporary work. Our work is flexible. We look for drivers who can work between one and five shifts each week, on a regular ongoing basis. Full induction and training is provided. Due to insurance restrictions; you must have held your Class 2 for at least 12 months, with experience too. Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 23:30pm to 01:00am starts daily, usually finished late morning i.e. 10:30am.
